American pale ale with zesty lime and grapefruit flavours and a balanced bitter piney finish.
Initially launched for Mini-Cask Club Discovery members, All Singing and All Dancing represent two twists on the same beer, featuring the same malt bill and Citra hop based, but each dry-hopped with different hops representing the early and new wave of modern US hops.
- – All Singing – 4.4% Pale Ale with Citra, Cascade & Columbus.
- – All Dancing – 4.4% Pale Ale with Citra, Mosaic & Strata.
All Singing features Cascade and Columbus, two American hops that are synonymous with the early wave of craft brewing, while All Dancing features Mosaic and Strata, two of the most popular US hops of the last five years.
