An ambitious beer created to explore the concept of umami in wild ales, Snorkel is brewed with oyster mushrooms and smoked sea salt, tipping its hat to the traditional German gose style of beers.

Zingy lemon follows an initial wash of savoury saltiness, providing a refreshing citrus cleanliness before subtle smoke, signature Jester King funkiness and earthy umami linger in the finish.
Jester King is an authentic farmhouse brewery committed to mixed culture and spontaneous fermentation. Their beers incorporate the natural surroundings and local agriculture, of their Texas Hill Country setting to make beer uniquely tied to a time, place and people.
This beer is one of a collection of rare and exciting beers imported from the USA in Summer 2019. A portion of the stock had been cellared for future Fyne Ales events but in light of the current climate we have chosen to release them online for our customers to purchase and enjoy.
