The latest edition in our Single Hop series is UK Cascade - grown by Mark Andrews at Townend Hop Farm in Herefordshire.
Cascade hops are well known as one of the cornerstones of modern American craft beer, so we were very excited to get our hands on the newer British version... and it does not disappoint!
You can expect the same delicious citrus, stone fruit and floral notes, a smooth bitterness and a more delicate aroma than it's US counterpart.
