Crafted by our Technical Brewer, Yvonne Wernlein - a third-generation German brewer- this is our tribute to the smooth, characterful cask beers of Franconia. Unfiltered and naturally settled, brewed with specialty malts for soft sweetness, gentle toast, and a full, malty body. Noble German hops add delicate floral notes, a touch of mandarin, and a rich, satisfying finish. Full of autumn character – Bavarian tradition with a bold Fyne twist.
Please note this product is available in mini-cask format, which contains live yeast and should be allow to naturally settle and carbonate before opening. Full instructions on product.
