Notes of fig and raisin are layered on top of a full, rich body with a distinct creaminess from the barrels, before a long and smooth finish with a warming sweet oak character.
Since it was first brewed in 2015 with our friends from Brouwerij De Molen, Mills & Hills has carried the torch as our flagship imperial stout - big, bold and bursting with decadent, rich flavours, we've further enhanced our award-winning collaboration by aging it in Portuguese moscatel barrels for ten months - adding a new layer of complexity and warming satisfaction.
