With Mosaic hops at its core, New Skies is a soft, juicy modern pale ale packed full of tropical and stone-fruit flavours.
New Skies is one of 26 beers created by 25 breweries using surplus bread as part of Toast Ales’ Companion Series, with the goal of highlighting the role of food waste in the climate emergency ahead of the COP26 conference next month, which will also raise £65,000 for conservation and regenerative agriculture organisations.
