The base beer is composed of a raw ale fermented with a white wine strain and finished with the Origins house mixed culture. This was then aged on fresh cucumbers and limes. This base was then blended with hibiscus tea.
Aromatic cucumber and lime on the nose. Red berry, floral hibiscus marries with the herbal cucumber and lasting tart lime finish.
