A blend of a cognac barrel aged imperial stout and a historical mixed fermentation porter brewed with Chevallier barley. The blend was aged on apple pomace from our local village, Cairndow, and cinnamon sticks.
Decadent cognac with underlying notes of apple and cinnamon. Tart red fruits, chocolate, espresso and apple. Lasting cognac and apple tannins.
Origins Brewing is our small-batch, mixed fermentation project dedicated to crafting complex, wild, and barrel-aged beers inspired by our Highland surroundings. Origins Brewing is where nature, time, and craftsmanship come together to produce something truly special.
