This beer combines techniques from both the hazy pales brewed by Neon Raptor and the funky saisons brewed by us here at Origins. A heavy wheat base was mashed with Alora hops and Neon’s signature water profile. Fermented with the Origins House mixed culture.
Hoppy aromas blended with funky undertones. Citrus, peach and stone-fruit lead to pithy grapefruit with a tart finish.
