Inspired by warm-climate chardonnay we blended four simple saison base beers, three of which aged in 500L butts for one year. Then further aged on pineapple, peach, honeysuckle & linden flowers.
Crisp, vibrant peach and pineapple interlaced with light floral notes. Oak tannins in the body and medium acidity with a floral finish.
Origins Brewing is our small-batch, mixed fermentation project dedicated to crafting complex, wild, and barrel-aged beers inspired by our Highland surroundings. Origins Brewing is where nature, time, and craftsmanship come together to produce something truly special.
