A blend of barrel aged beers selected by Origins’ resident basset hound, Jabba. Jabba selected 3 barrels from a choice of 6 using his nose. We used the selection to create a blend including beer aged in wine and sherry barrels.
Floral wine led aromas opening up to notes of lavender, light oak and more white wine on the palate. Finishing dry with lasting floral, oak notes.
Origins Brewing is our small-batch, mixed fermentation project dedicated to crafting complex, wild, and barrel-aged beers inspired by our Highland surroundings. Origins Brewing is where nature, time, and craftsmanship come together to produce something truly special.
