We’ve got a sneaky small batch release today. Back in April Rob & George from @inverrestaurant at the other end of Loch Fyne joined us for a blending day. We tasted through a range of barrel aged and fresh steel beers. We ended up picking two red wine barrel aged saisons and steel aged rye saison.
The blend was further blended with a strong tea made up of Yunnan Black Imperisl and 2nd Flush Darjeeling teas. Two blends for the price of one!
The beer is absolutely crushable with big iced tea notes. The bright fruit forward tea aromas lead to a fruity, creamy, lightly acidic body. Lasting light tannins and iced tea notes.
There is very limited stock of this beer so act fast!
