A blend of spontaneously fermented saisons generously hopped with new
world and experimental UK hops, then aged in Chardonnay barrels for one year.
Aromas of peachy stone fruit, mild funk. Complex up front acidity paired
with peach, white grape, floral notes, oak tannins and Chardonnay character.
