A saison brewed with Mark Tranter from Burning Sky, blending both Dan and Mark's approaches to brewing saisons. The beer utilises rye and wheat in the grist plus a combination of spices in the boil. Fermented with a wine strain and the Origins house mixed culture.
Vinous, floral aromas. Tart, lightly spiced body with notes of floral cider and white wine. Lasting notes of delicate funk and floral spice.
