A blend of three saisons, two of which aged in 500L oak butts. This blend was rested on an even split of red and green Scottish gooseberries for 5 months.
Balanced floral and earthy aromas with funky barnyard notes. Vibrant, juicy tart gooseberry finishing on a lasting tart fruit note.
