A beer wine hybrid inspired by rosé. Steel fermented saison aged on a mixture of second use grape pomace and raspberries, first use raspberries, apple juice and gooseberries. A touch of vanilla was added for body and sweetness.
Bright aromas of raspberry and gooseberry. Rich vinous body with moderate acidity finishing alongside fresh raspberry notes.
