Inspired by Cserszegi Fűszeres wines from Hungary. A blend of four barrel-aged base beers that were aged on fresh honeydew melon & quince, dried marigold, lemon verbena, borage & cubeb peppercorns.
Floral vinous nose leads to complex fresh aromatics with hints of spice. Firm acidity finishing with melon, elderflower and pepper.
