Sionnal is a beer/wine chimera. We wanted to emulate the flavours of a white wine without the use of grapes. The beer uses whole lemons and limes left over from FyneFest ‘24, locally foraged elderflower, dried honeysuckle & linden flowers.
Bright citrus aromas with a floral background, zippy citrus acidity with floral vinous notes. Lasting citrus finish.
