A collab with our friends at Dookit Brewing, Glasgow. Inspired by cold-climate Sauvignon Blanc. A blend of steel-aged raw ale & kuyt and a chardonnay barrel-aged saison hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Further aged on Gooseberries, Elderflower, Limes, Sunflower, Marigolds and Borage.
Light carbonation, floral drenched aromatics of elderflower and gooseberry, low acidity opening up to more floral notes and finishing on tart limes.
