Glen Fyne Foraged Saison. 5.7% abv. Collab w/Balance Brewing
A saison aged in two oak butts for 20 months. The saison was then rested on a foraged mix of spruce tips, hawthorne flowers, rhubarb, elderflower, pineapple weed and apples. Our friends from Balance Brewing helped blend and forage all the ingredients within 300m of Origins brewery.
Crisp, vibrant acidity with zippy gooseberry character. Underlying hints of rustic farmhouse brettanomyces and touches of oak.
