Rich, dark caramel malt flavours lifted by notes of hedgerow fruits and a short, refreshing finish.
Vital Spark and Hurricane Jack were first brewed in 2010 as an exploration of how hop flavours present differently with different malt bills. Two beers, the same hops but radically different styles. Vital Spark uses a traditional, rich dark-malt base which is lifted by the fruity new world hops.
Please note this product is available in mini-cask format, which contains live yeast and should be allow to naturally settle and carbonate before opening. Full instructions on product.
