A blend of two Terroir Beers aged on blackberries and pineapple weed. The base beer is made of two mashes with raw wheat and then fermented with a unique culture from our Glen. Matt from Pellicle helped blend/forage.
Aromatic chamomile and yeast esters on the nose. Herbaceous, fruity body with soft acidity finishing on a lasting blackberry funkiness.
